GetDone Terms of Use

These terms set out the rules between you and us when you use the GetDone mobile app (Android) and its web version: what you may post on GetDone, what is not allowed, and what we do when the rules are broken. How we process your personal data is described separately in the GetDone Privacy Policy. The Turkish text at veyronistudios.com/getdone/kosullar is authoritative; this English text is a translation.

1. Who provides GetDone

GetDone is provided by Berkay Atalay, trading as "Veyroni Studios" ("we"). No company has been formed yet; the app is published on Google Play under a personal developer account.

2. Accepting these terms

• These terms apply to the GetDone app and its web version.
• You accept them when you create an account by ticking the box on the sign-up screen ("I’m 16 or older, I agree to the Terms of Use and I have read the Privacy Policy." in the English interface; "16 yaşında veya daha büyüğüm, Kullanım Koşulları’nı kabul ediyorum ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı okudum." in the Turkish interface); ticking it also confirms that you are 16 or older. An account cannot be created without ticking it.
• People who created an account before these terms existed accept them by tapping Accept on the "Updated Terms" screen that appears the next time they open the app.
• We record which version you accepted and when (date and time) (Privacy Policy section 2).
• You cannot use GetDone without accepting these terms. If you do not want to accept them, you can delete your account instead (section 12).

3. Who can use GetDone

• You can use GetDone if you are 16 or older (Privacy Policy section 10).
• If you are under 18, use GetDone with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
• If we learn that someone under 16 has created an account, we close it, delete it as described in section 12 and remove the messages it sent from view.

4. Your account

• Use a real e-mail address that you can read. When you create an account, you confirm the address with a 6-digit code we send to it.
• Keep your password secret; do not share it with anyone.
• One account is for one person. You may not sell, rent out or hand over your account to someone else.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• If you think someone else is using your account, reset your password and write to veyronistudios@gmail.com straight away.

5. What you post

Everything you write and add on GetDone is your content: chat messages; task titles and descriptions; progress and outcome reports and notes; reward names and descriptions; group names; your display name and username; nicknames you give to people (only you see them); and, once the feature is enabled, photo and video evidence.

• You keep your rights in your content.
• You allow Veyroni Studios to store and process your content and to show it to the people you share it with. This permission is only for running GetDone; we do not use your content for advertising, marketing or any other purpose, except to review reports and to meet legal obligations (section 8).
• Your content is seen by the members of the connection or group you share it in. The Privacy Policy section 4 explains who sees what.
• When you leave a chat or group, or delete your account, the messages and reports you sent stay in the other members' history (Privacy Policy section 7).
• You are responsible for what you post. Only post content you have the right to share.

6. Prohibited content and behaviour

The following must not be posted or done on GetDone. The list follows the restricted content, user-generated content and child safety rules of Google Play's developer policies. Each item ends with the reason to choose in the app's report window (the reasons appear in whichever language you use the interface in; the English names are given here).

• (a) Harassment and bullying. Threatening, insulting, humiliating or intimidating someone; writing to someone again and again when they do not want it; urging others to do any of this. Report reason: "Harassment or bullying".
• (b) Hate. Content that promotes violence or hatred against people, or dehumanises them, because of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, caste, immigration status or any other characteristic linked to systemic discrimination. Report reason: "Hate speech".
• (c) Sexual content. Nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic material, sexual solicitation. Report reason: "Sexual content".
• (d) Anything involving minors. Any content that sexualises a minor (anyone under 18), child sexual abuse material, grooming a minor for abuse, and any other form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We have zero tolerance for this: the account is closed and the content is reported to the competent authorities. Report reason: "Sexual content" (or "Something else" if that does not fit); also write straight away to our child-safety contact, veyronistudios@gmail.com.
• (e) Violence and threats. Threats of violence; glorifying or inciting violence; graphic violence; terrorism or violent extremism. Report reason: "Violence or threats".
• (f) Self-harm. Encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders, or explaining how to do them. Report reason: "Self-harm or suicide". If someone is in danger, call 112 in Turkey or the local emergency number in your country.
• (g) Illegal activity. Selling or arranging illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons and the like); illegal gambling; content that infringes other people's rights (copyright, trademarks); any other activity that is illegal under Turkish law or the law where you live. Report reason: "Something else".
• (h) Spam and scams. Bulk, repetitive or unwanted messages; advertising; phishing; fraud; asking someone for money, passwords or codes. Report reason: "Spam or scam".
• (i) Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, an organisation or Veyroni Studios; using misleading names. Report reason: "Something else".
• (j) Sharing other people's personal data. Sharing other people's addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, photos or private messages without their consent. Report reason: "Something else".
• (k) Malware and abuse of the service. Sharing viruses or malicious links; trying to get into other people's accounts; trying to get round security measures or limits; overloading the service; scraping; creating accounts to get round a block or a restriction. Report reason: "Spam or scam" for malicious links; for the rest, write to us by e-mail.

This list is not exhaustive: content and behaviour that cause similar harm are prohibited too. If you see something like this, report it (section 7).

7. Blocking and reporting

This is what the app offers today (button names are those of the English interface):

• Blocking. In a one-to-one chat, open the "⋮" menu in the header; in a group, open the member window (tap the group name or the member count); choose the person and tap "Block". The blocked person is not told.
• In a one-to-one chat, blocking ends the chat just as if you had left it.
• In a group, nobody is removed from the group: the two of you do not see each other's messages, do not appear in each other's member lists and cannot be put on a new task together. Shared tasks, points and rewards stay as they are.
• You can unblock someone from the "Blocked people" list in the profile sheet.
• Reporting. You can report a person ("Report" in the person window) or a single chat message ("Report message": long-press the message on a phone, or use the flag icon under the message on the web), choosing one of seven reasons and adding an optional note. The reported person is not told.
• Task titles and descriptions, progress and outcome reports and notes, reward names and descriptions, and group names cannot be reported one by one. Report them by reporting the person (describe the content in the note) or by writing to veyronistudios@gmail.com.
• Reports are reviewed by Veyroni Studios as the database operator (section 8).
• If someone is in danger, do not wait: in Turkey call 112 (emergency) or 155 (police).

8. What we may do

• We review reports. We do not read every chat; we act on reports and on lawful requests. When we review a report we read the report and the copy of the reported message, not the rest of the chat; when a report about a person describes a task text, a note, a reward or a group name, we also read that item (Privacy Policy section 4).
• After a review we take one of these decisions: no action; a warning written to your registered e-mail address; restricting your account, temporarily or permanently (a restricted account cannot read or write anything in the app); deleting your account.
• We may remove a message, a task's text, a note, a reward's name or description, or a group name from view; the copy kept with a report stays with the report.
• We report illegal content, in particular child sexual abuse material, to the competent authorities, and we answer lawful requests from them.
• Our action is proportionate to how serious the breach is.
• You can appeal a decision about you by writing to veyronistudios@gmail.com; we review the decision again.

9. Points and rewards

• Points have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and they are not a currency.
• Rewards are promises that members of a connection or group make to each other. Veyroni Studios is not a party to them; we do not provide, guarantee or enforce rewards.
• Do not define a reward that is illegal or involves gambling.
• Points can be deleted under the app's rules; for example, when you leave a group your points in that group are deleted.

10. Availability

• GetDone is free today.
• To the extent Turkish law allows, GetDone is provided as it is and as available; we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors.
• We may change, pause or end features.
• Photo and video evidence is currently switched off.
• Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.
• If paid features are added later, separate terms will be shown to you before any charge.

11. Liability

• Our liability is limited as far as Turkish law allows.
• We are not liable for what users post, for how members behave towards each other, or for rewards between members.
• We are not liable for indirect loss (for example, loss of profit).
• There is no limit on our liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Article 115). Your consumer rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection that cannot be waived are not affected.

12. Deleting your account and ending

• You can delete your account at any time in the app with Profile → Delete account, or by writing "Delete my account" to veyronistudios@gmail.com from the e-mail address registered in your account. The "Updated Terms" screen has a "Delete account" button too, so you can delete your account without accepting new terms.
• Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. What stays in other members' history is described in the Privacy Policy section 7.
• We may restrict or delete accounts that break these terms (section 8).
• These sections continue to apply after an account is deleted or closed: section 5 (the permission you gave for content you already shared, which stays in other members' history), and sections 9, 11 and 14.

13. Changes

• The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this text.
• We announce material changes in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you continue (the "Updated Terms" screen). If your app is older than the new version, it first asks you to update it.
• If you do not accept the new version, you cannot continue to use GetDone; you can delete your account (section 12).

14. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by Turkish law.
• If you are a consumer, you keep your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502.
• For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Hatay (Antakya) have jurisdiction.
